Booking will ONLY be confirmed once payment is made (atleast 30 days before check-in). Please ensure that you carry the ID of all members traveling, as per Odisha Tourism norms.
Being a family run homestay, incase of a serious family/medical emergency, where we are unable to honour a confirmed booking, we shall not be held liable and will offer an option to book again in the future.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change sometimes. If you need to cancel/reduce/amend a guaranteed reservation, please do so 30 days prior to arrival.
30 Days or more: Full refund
Between 30 Days – 15 Days: 25% deduction.
Between 14 Days – 7 Days: 50% refund, while anything under 2 days is non-refundable.
All refund amounts will be credited within 14 days after giving the bank details.*
*For ‘International Remittance‘ it can take upto a month (as the process involves handing over physical documents to the bank)
All Refunds exclude any transaction charges or taxes already paid on the transaction as those are irrecoverable by us. Any review/reconsideration of above cancellation/refund terms will be at the discretion of the management.
